General Chemistry II (P) (No-Cost Course Materials)

CHEM104C - General Chemistry II A continuation of CHEM 103C. Topics include gases and gas laws, solutions, acid-base chemistry, oxidation-reduction reactions, chemical equilibrium and thermodynamics. Also includes an introduction to organic chemistry and biochemistry. Laboratories are used to reinforce concepts presented in lectures and to develop skills in scientific thought and common procedures used in chemical experimentation. (Prerequisite: CHEM 103C with a grade of “C” or higher, or permission of Department Head of Natural Sciences)
