Calculus I (P)

MATH205C - Calculus I This course in the calculus of one variable will include: limits; derivatives of algebraic, trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions; antiderivatives; and an introduction to integration. Applications will be stressed throughout the course including: velocity, acceleration, curve sketching, optimization and related rates. A graphing calculator is required.* (Prerequisite: MATH 140C or satisfactory placement test scores as defined by the mathematics faculty.)
