NHTI charges qualifying military students and dependents the in-state tuition rate, in accordance with Section 702 of the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 (“Choice Act”), for payment of benefits under the Post-9/11 GI Bill® and Montgomery GI Bill®-Active Duty, under CCSNH finance policies at 421.01.1.
