HLTH104C - Health Care Data Content & Delivery Systems This course will introduce the generic components of the content, use and structure of health care data and data sets, how these components relate to primary and secondary record systems and to introduce legal and ethical issues applicable to health information. Discussions will include health record content, documentation requirements comparing the various regulatory agency requirements and introduction to payment and reimbursement systems. The organization, financing and delivery of health care services in both the hospital and the medical office practice will also be discussed.
