Description

This course provides the student with information necessary to enter into the computed tomography clinical setting. Topics include: basic principles, screening procedures, patient monitoring, dose, safety, contrast and their contraindications, equipment use, professional roles, routine exams and protocols utilized.

Prerequisites

Students are required to pass prerequisite courses with a grade of C or higher. Exceptions apply; please consult your department chair.
